Kathy Riggs


Kathleen Riggs is a distinguished leader in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Chief Retail Officer at FFCCU since June 2013. With over three decades of experience in the field, Kathy has held various key positions, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to excellence.

Prior to her role at FFCCU, Kathleen served as the Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at a large commercial bank, where she played a pivotal role from 2006 to 2013.

Kathy's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Kent State University. Her education has provided her with a deep understanding of human behavior, which she leverages in her leadership roles to foster positive relationships and drive organizational growth.

Kathleen is a certified trainer of CUNA's Creating Member Loyalty Program. This program focuses on developing essential skills to enhance member and employee experiences in credit unions. Kathy's expertise as a trainer underscores her commitment to continuous learning and development within the industry.
