Erin Mansfield

Erin joined FFCCU as Chief Retail Officer in spring of 2025 where she leads with a strong commitment to the “people helping people” philosophy. She has brought over 33 years of experience in the financial industry where she managed multiple markets overseeing retail strategy, branch operations and elevated customer experiences. Erin also has a passion for community and culture as she believes in building teams that make a difference in the lives of the people we serve. Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from John Carroll University.

Prior to her role at FFCCU, Kathleen served as the Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at a large commercial bank, where she played a pivotal role from 2006 to 2013.

Kathy's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Kent State University. Her education has provided her with a deep understanding of human behavior, which she leverages in her leadership roles to foster positive relationships and drive organizational growth.

Kathleen is a certified trainer of CUNA's Creating Member Loyalty Program. This program focuses on developing essential skills to enhance member and employee experiences in credit unions. Kathy's expertise as a trainer underscores her commitment to continuous learning and development within the industry.
