What we do with your mobile number
Fees: Firefighters Community Credit Union does not charge users fees to receive text messages. However, Message and Data Rates May Apply. Your mobile carrier may put these charges on your mobile bill or may deduct them from your prepaid account.
Frequency: Maximum of 4 messages per month.
Opt-In: By opting in to Firefighters Community Credit Union text program, you agree to receive text messages from Firefighters Community Credit Union.
How to opt out
Opt-Out: To opt-out (discontinue receiving messages), reply “STOP” from your mobile device or call us at 800.621.4644. You will not receive any additional messages unless you opt-in again.
Help: To get help, text “HELP” or send us an email or call us at 800.621.4644.
Wireless Operator Reachlist: Alltel®, Associated Carrier Group (ACG), AT&T®, Boost Mobile®, Cincinnati Bell®, Cricket®, Google Voice, MetroPCS®, Nextel®, Rural Carrier Group, Sprint®, Tier 2/3 Carrier Group, T-Mobile®, U.S. Cellular®, Verizon Wireless®, Virgin Mobile USA. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Warranty: Firefighters Community Credit Union is not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with this program. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator to your mobile device.
