They allow withdrawals from your savings account at over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs, and allow deposits at over 7,500 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide using a personalized PIN*. ATM withdrawals are subject to 2 different fees – a transaction fee charged by FFCCU, and a surcharge from the ATM servicer. ATMs in one of our surcharge-free networks will not apply this servicer charge.

You can use the ATM locator tool available on our website or in our mobile app to find surcharge-free ATMs near you.

If you believe you were charged a surcharge fee in error at a surcharge-free ATM, please contact us at 216.621.4644 or message us in the mobile banking app.

Our partnership with the CO-OP, Alliance One, Culiance, and MoneyPass networks ensures you will still have access to over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide.
