Amy made it so easy ! I had fraudulent charges from Walmart and she helped me through the process! We texted via the app which was a life saver for this night shifter mom.

Thanks to Amy who helped resolve a fraud alert on our debit card. Getting a new debit card is a big relief and she told me how to lock the card when we are not using it.

Shout Out to the professionalism and for going the extra mile to Emily Soeder at the FFCCU branch in west Cleveland! I ran into a challenging issue with a fraudulent subscription that was simply un-cancellable! Emily helped me through the process of filing a dispute, resolved the issue and really went the extra mile to make sure my account remained protected.

It’s people like Emily we need in leadership roles to not only train, but model behaviors for great member service!

Yesterday I went to an FFCCU ATM. Due to some serious heat there were technical issues that caused the machine to lock-up with a large deposit of mine unprocessed. I was scared and reached out to the branch and customer service. By the following morning they audited their machine, credited my account, and kept me updated the whole way. A special thank you to miss Karen via the customer care, and Mr. Zach at the Parma Branch. You guys took care of your customer – I cannot thank you enough!
