Dick and I would like to acknowledge the wonderful service provided to us by Beth Meyer. We applied for a loan to purchase an automobile and she continually went out of her way to support our endeavor. We had issues with the dealership and Beth continually went to bat for us to guarantee we received the best service possible. Beth’s professionalism and sincere care for us as longtime customers was truly evident every time we talked with her. I was at the Emerald Parkway location on Monday and happened to get the same teller as my previous visit: Aaliyah. I’ve never had bad service at FFCCU, but Aaliyah stood out for me as being not only professional and efficient, but also very personable. I had a few things I did not understand going on with my account so I contacted online support and spoke with Megan. Megan not only fixed the issues but helped me to enroll in overdraft protection and explained how all of it worked (which had never been explained to me before). Thanks Megan!

I had a couple of questions about getting a new auto loan. Wanted to make the purchase as painless and smooth as possible. Megan was able to answer all of the questions that I had. Encouraged me to go and apply for the loan now and the amount and type of vehicle could be changed. Time to go car shopping!

Karen was beyond amazing! I am out of the country at the moment and I was unable to make a call to verify an issue. She did it on my behalf! I’m very grateful I had her as my agent. Very efficient too! I expected to be up all night trying to resolve my issue but it was fixed really quick – thanks to her!

Karen was very helpful. I have been trying to find a bank or credit union that had an account for teens. I have been unsuccessful until a friend told me about the FFCCU Ignite Account. I chatted with Karen and she answered every one of my questions and I was very satisfied. She is like my “Own Personal Banker” and hopefully I will be able to open an account with your credit union.
