Dale Boyce is a seasoned Human Resource Manager with two decades of experience in various aspects of HR and HR management. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master's degree in Human Resources from Strayer University, Dale has honed his expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational strategy.

Throughout his career, Dale has held HR leadership roles in diverse industries, including finance, manufacturing, and retail. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at FFCCU, Dale provides strategic HR leadership to the credit union. In this capacity, he serves as an HR advisor to executive leadership, overseeing full-cycle recruiting, HR policy management, performance management, payroll, employee relations, and total rewards strategy and implementation.

Prior to his role at FFCCU, Dale provided HR direction to at Overhead Door, where he oversaw human resources for a workforce of 450 employees across production, supply chain, and customer service departments. His responsibilities included workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, leave management, and training, along with assisting in recruiting, compensation, benefits administration, and policy interpretation.

Dale's career also includes significant contributions as the Human Resources Manager at Stain-Gobain Crystals, Human Resources Manager at Napoleon Harley-Davidson, HR Lead at Target, and HR Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement. His diverse skill set includes proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), recruiting, payroll, conflict resolution, customer service, training, leadership, hiring, management, succession planning, employee relations investigations, HR policies, interviews, and employee training.
