Accel Financial Counseling

As a valued member of the Firefighters Community Credit Union, we are committed to helping you reach your financial goals. Through a new partnership with Accel, a free financial management program specifically for FFCCU members, you have access to financial counselors who provide personalized services for your individual needs.

Whether you're looking to review your credit history, get out of debt, avoid bankruptcy or start a practical savings plan, advice from a certified counselor is only a phone call away. Specific services, all of which are free for members, include:

Financial Counseling: Speak directly with a counselor or schedule an appointment to create an individual action plan.

Credit Report Counseling: Receive a copy of your credit report for a nominal fee. A counselor can review your credit score or help you resolve inaccurate information.

Debt Management Planning: A counselor will help you consolidate bills or will work with creditors to eliminate fees or lower interest.

To take advantage of this valuable service today, call 1-877-33ACCEL or visit www.accelservices.org for more information. Counselors are available Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. (EST), Friday 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
