- ACH Authorization Origination Form. To originate a funds transfer INTO or FROM your account, click here to download the form. Simply complete, sign and fax it to our Main Office at 216-694-3600.
Electronic Income Tax Filing is available to all members. Funds are directly deposited into your account within 10 to 17 days.

- Foreign currency exchange is now available! You can purchase the foreign currency at any branch location.
- FREE coin counting.
- Discounted movie tickets ($6.50) good at any Regal Cinemas theater (some restrictions apply when using the tickets).
VISA gift cards are available in any amount from as little as $10 to as much as $500. The charge to you is minimal, only $3.50 per card. Ideal for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, weddings, communions or even as a reward for a great report card. Available at all locations.

Wire Transfers
Through FFCCU, you can wire funds to any institution that is capable of receiving the wired funds.
The member must provide FFCCU with the receiving institution's wiring instructions..
The fee is $15 for outgoing wires (in the U.S.) and $30 for international wires.
FFCCU does not charge a fee for receiving funds from another financial institution.

Moving? Change Your Address Form Here
Don't forget to notify FFCCU when moving to change your address and phone number! Let us know of your move in advance so that you can avoid any delays in receiving important FFCCU mail. It's fast and easy, just follow the steps below.

We also offer American Express Traveler's Cheques, which provide peace of mind and security when it’s necessary to carry large sums of money. Two-party traveler's cheques are also available.

Firefighters Community Credit Union is now offering you a secure and convenient way to purchase foreign currency for your next trip. At any branch we will be able to exchange currency for over 100 countries! Stop in and let us know how much you will need, and you’ll receive your currency at a fixed exchange fee and no surcharge. Be prepared when you arrive at your destination with currency in your hand.
Unsure of how much foreign currency you will need? With Currency Price Protection, you can purchase up to $2,500 of most foreign currencies and return the unused portion at the same exchange rate.
